Heard this one before. A HOOT!
Oh, to make a link in blogger, go to the HTML window when you're working on a post (as opposed to the "compose" window) and before the word(s) you want to link, type < (immediately followed by) a href="" (immediately followed by) >
Insert the entire web address within the quotation marks. There should be no spaces, except 1 between "a" and "href".
At the end of the word(s) you are linking, simply type < / a > (but w/o any spaces).
(I had to type like that or it would think I was typing HTML code HERE).
Understand now?

Or, click on the link button above the window you are typing in and in the box put the web address you are referring to. when you are done, where you see the >< thingys at the end, type in a word and viola! a link.
